Earlier this year year we upgraded our bathroom and toilet as part of a total house renovation. We bought 2 new toilets from MR Selections. We thought we had made a good purchase as we got these at a discount.We had these installed by a plumber. The first one went in as expected without a problem. It replaced an existing one. The second toilet we had installed in the bathroom where there was none before. At this point the plumber discovered that the installation could not be completed with the material supplied. As it was new the water was supplied from the back of the cistern. The drawings of the toilet in the MR Selections brochure clearly shows that a rear water supply is possible.We contacted MR fabulous Selections about our problem a couple of times. Each time we were fobbed off with claims that he makes little money from the sales, as if that mattered. (these toilets can sourced in China for US$ 80 by the way).To complete the job we had to buy a new water inlet at our own expense. This made the the purchase very expensive indeed. We could have bought a major brand for less.

I'm extremely happy about my recent purchase from Mr selection. There is a huge range of tiles to choose from and staff were very helpful. I have been given an exceptional price and got my tiles delivered in a very short time. No doubt that I will go back again when I need to buy tiles. Highly recommend.Many thanks
